His rather thorough investigation led to the conclusion that that woman probably does not exist. \u201cKeskin\u201d\u2019s counsel, Ralph Willms, had claimed, in a statement publicized by his own counsel, that he had been deceived by another victim from Cologne. His counsel now stated that Willms was unable, \u201cfor health reasons\u201d, to testify as witness.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Sebastian Scharmer, counsel for Gamze Kuba\u015f\u0131k, clarified what is probably the case for all victims and their counsel: any misconduct by counsel Willms and potentially by other persons may not and will not have an influence on the fact that they will fully make use of their procedural rights in the trial and insist on their interests being considered.<\/p>\n<p>The court then read out further decisions denying motions for the taking of evidence, inter alia concerning a witness of the murder of Enver \u015eim\u015fek and concerning the murder of Halit Yozgat, the role of secret service officer Andreas Temme etc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Investigations concerning \u201eMeral Keskin\u201c The first witness today reported once more on the notes found in the NSU apartment which showed them having scouted out potential victims.
