The testimony of Zsch\u00e4pe\u2019s cousin Stefan A. continued today. A. was shown a picture of the cross-burning which shows several persons giving the \u201cK\u00fchnen salute\u201d, a variant of the \u201cNazi salute\u201d. He recognized, among others, accused Wohlleben and Gerlach, Andr\u00e9 Kapke and Uwe B\u00f6hnhardt.<\/p>\n
The witness had claimed to have left his rightist ideology behind, a claim which was proved untrue by victim\u2019s counsel Yavuz Narin. Narin showed pictures from A.\u2019s facebook page with slogans such as \u201cMoney for Grandma, not for Sinti and Roma\u201d \u2013 the same slogan was used by the neo-fascist NPD in the last election.<\/p>\n
Zsch\u00e4pe defence attorneys Heer and Sturm asked a series of questions concerning A.\u2018s testimony before German federal police as well as two TV interviews. However, the intention behind their line of questioning remained unclear, and accordingly they did not yield and results.<\/p>\n
The court also issued a decision on a motion by victims\u2019 counsel that the case file against domestic secret service officer Andreas Temme be made part of the present file.
